Are you ready for Thursday? I hope you found the cheat sheet helpful. I would recommend planning your meals BEFORE Thursday. The meals can be as simple or as complicated as you want. Personally, I would start with simple and move up to complicated because those first of couple days can be bit uneasy if you are giving up sugar. Seriously, sugar detox is ridiculous. Every time I do it I can’t believe how hard it is.
Anyways, back to planning…it’s a must. Plan every meal: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. PLAN IT ALL. Do you get the point? Now, go and plan!
